Installation Process


Once the furniture order has been dispatched, you will be expecting your furniture to arrive and be installed in the same smooth manner.  Venture Spaces will be on site to oversee the whole installation project for you.  Being hands on to work with the install crew to make sure the schedule is adhered to and the order inventory is reconciled.  If necessary to deal with any on site challenges in an efficient manner.

Venture Spaces can also at this time offer any facilities management consultancy with regard to initialising the new office and developing new workplace strategies such as waste management, cleaning, catering solutions, art choices, and planting schemes.

Snagging Reports

However smooth an install goes, there will always be some niggles – goods get damaged in transit, quantities of items aren’t correct, or there’s a scratch on the veneer boardroom table top.  Venture Spaces will  provide the client with a daily update on the install progress, and snag resolution details that are being followed up.

This is a crucial part for clients and all part of the service with Venture Spaces.

Post Installation Follow Up

It’s all in the detail.  Is your new office space delivering the productivity gains that you had expected?  Is it having the visual wow factor that you’d envisioned, or are staff still adopting old work practices and not adapting to the changes required by a contemporary working environment.

Management of the work place post installation can be more important  for a facilities manager as  the procurement of the furniture. Staff need to be educated in how the new space will benefit them, and show them simple things like how to adjust their new chair, and how to reconfigure a meeting room into a project meeting space.

Venture Spaces will continue to work with you over the post move period to make sure that your office space is running efficiently, and remedy any areas that need tweaking.
